The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Public Hearing for the following described project. The project application may be reviewed at the Auburn Department of Community Development at 1 E Main St., 2nd Floor, Customer Service Center, Auburn, WA 98001.

Proposal: Appeal of Administrative Use Permit (City File No. ADM24-0003) authorizing multi-family housing and senior housing in the I Institutional zoning district.

Location: The project site is within the “Auburn Adventist Academy” campus and designated Special Planning Area under the City of Auburn’s Comprehensive Plan, directly east of Auburn Way S (State Route 167) within SW¼ of Section 27, Township 21, Range 5.
