IMPORTANT ALERT: In order to protect our staff and our community, these pre-screening questions will be asked before entrance into our blood centers. Have you experienced the following symptoms in the last 2 weeks Persistent cough and/or shortness of breath or difficulty breath. Or at least two of these symptoms: fever, sore throat, muscle pain, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, chills, congestion or runny nose, new loss of taste or smell, headache If any of these scenarios apply to you please defer your appointment a minimum of two weeks. Please call our center with any questions before scheduling your appointment.
