Calls to Artists & Arts Opportunities: Availability:
Mary Olson Farm Artist in Residence - The Mary Olson Farm Artist in Residence provides the opportunity for an artist to pursue their work in, and to be inspired by, the unique and beautiful setting of the Mary Olson Farm in Auburn, Washington for two months in June and July. There is a $3,500 stipend for the selected artist.
Opens in January 2020.
Downtown Sculpture Gallery - The Downtown Sculpture Gallery showcases new sculptures annually providing different public artwork for Auburn residents to experience and enjoy. Artwork is on display for one year, September-September, and selected artists receive an $1,000 stipend.

Auburn Benchmarks - A community art program through the City of Auburn which aims to build community pride and get people engaged in creating art. The artistically painted benches are on display around the city from July - September. Interested community groups can receive more information or submit design ideas by emailing Arts Coordinator Allison Hyde at: ahyde@auburnwa.gov

Pianos on Parade - Artistically treated pianos are placed throughout Auburn for the public to enjoy during this annual, temporary art and music project. The artistically decorated pianos are on display for the month of August and artists selected to decorate pianos will receive a $500 stipend. Interested artists can receive more information or submit design ideas by emailing Arts Coordinator Allison Hyde at: ahyde@auburnwa.gov

Art on Main - Artists are selected through an annual application process to install 3-dimensional or multi-media art installations in a public window-front exhibition space in downtown Auburn.

Eligibility: This is a call to artists residing in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon and Idaho)

Project Budget: $1,000 stipend for selected artists

Art Galleries - Artists are selected through an annual application process for exhibitions in three city gallery spaces, showcasing diverse artworks by regional artists.

Eligibility: This is a call to artists with no geographical restriction, but all artwork must be dropped off and picked up in person in Auburn, WA on the assigned exhibition dates.

Grants:
The purpose of the Project Support Grant program is to provide support to arts-related projects and programs within the City of Auburn. A portion of the funding for these grants come from 4Culture/King County Cultural Authority. 

Project Budget: Grants are typically awarded from $500 - $2,000 per project
